Hi! My name is Marci McGlin and I am a Kindergarten teacher at Naranca Elementary School. I attended San Diego State University and received my Bachelors of Arts in Applied Arts and Sciences Liberal Studies. I am currently attending San Diego Christian College to get my Masters of Arts in Teaching. 

As a primary education teacher, I believe strongly in having students learn through movement, song, and intentional play. I enjoy watching students master academic skills through these meaningful interactions. My goal is to show students that learning is fun and engaging. 

When I am not at school, I love to spend my time outdoors. I enjoy taking my dog, Heidi, on adventures. Some of our favorite places are the beach and the mountains. We love hiking, car-camping, and backpacking.
